"This attractive, red-brick, mid-block apartment building at 114 West 70th Street was erected in 1922 and has 36 co-operative apartments.

It has a roof deck and multi-paned windows and permits protruding window air-conditioners. It also has windowed kitchens and windowed bathrooms. It has storage and laundry facilities and has a live-in superintendent. It is pet-friendly."
