Carter’s Review

"This 12-story apartment building at 141 East 55th Street was erected in 1956 and converted to a condominium in 1981. It has 87 apartments.

Of the three, this one has the grandest entrance. It has a curved and angled stainless steel marquee over a one-step-high platform. It is quite distinctive and elegant."
