Further uptown, the Superfine Art Fair is taking place in Times Square on the same dates. Prices from $100 to $3,000 make this art more approachable than the other art fairs, and it is supplemented by live demonstrations and performance art.

Before the 847-foot-tall Sutton Tower took shape, a nearly 1,000-foot-tall tower designed by Foster + Partners was rumored.
